These long lasting shampoo and conditioner bars are designed to promote healthy hair in our blonde population. These bars incorporate horsetail, turmeric, chamomile extract along with shea butter, silk amino acids, marshmallow root and daikon seed extract, to protect, strengthen, manage and keep your beautiful locks blonde. A refreshing combination of sweet orange and bergamot essential oils provide a nice citrusy touch to these lovely bars.

Directions for Use: Wet hair and bar. Rub the bar either between your hands or rub bar directly on hair to work up a lather. Massage lather through hair and all over scalp.

Storage: Keep the bar out of water, as it will soften if exposed to standing water. Best kept in a holder that drains well.

The WHY Behind Our Ingredients:

Surfactants/Cleaning Agents:

Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate (SCI), Sodium Lauryl Sulfoacetate (SLSa), Decyl glucoside- All these surfactants are made from vegetables, a renewable resource, and are gentle and biodegradable.


Moisturizing and Conditioning Ingredients:

BTMS 50- This ingredient is a well known and safe conditioner. It is used to combine the ingredients as well as condition and detangle. While this product is made from rapeseed, it isn’t necessarily natural, but it is safe and biodegradable.

Cetyl Alcohol- a biodegradable moisturizing alcohol which adds hardness to the bar

Sodium Lactate- made by fermenting sugar and is a moisturizer (humectant) as well as acts as a bar hardener

Jojoba Oil- this “oil” is actually not an oil, but an array of wax esters that leave behind a smooth and silky feeling

Fractionated Coconut Oil (MCT)- A light oil that is an effective emollient and moisturizer.

Shea Butter- A lovely butter that is known for it penetrating properties and contains natural occurring Vitamins A, D and E.

Kokum Butter- It’s smooth texture and emollient properties work to keep hair soft and supple.

Hair Loving Vitamins and Additives:

Neossance Hemisqualane- A sustainable, naturally-derived alternative to Cyclomethicone (a silicone used to provide a smooth, silky feel). It provides heat protection, reduces frizziness, improves elasticity, prevents breakage, strengthens the hair and allows for easier combing. It is approved by ECOCERT.

Panthenol- Vitamin B provides moisturizing and protection from environmental elements

Horsetail- Great for hair thanks to its high silica content which helps lower the rate of hair loss, as well as brightens hair.

Hydrolyzed Quinoa- Aids in color retention and adds a strengthening property to hair products, as it is full of amino acids and minerals.

Daikon Seed Extract- A natural alternative for silicons which add slip, good absorption into follicle for strength, and a non-oily feel to hair care products. Ecocert, COSMOS and NPA standards certified.

Hydrolyzed Silk- This non-animal protein source used as an additive to provide a protective barrier and silky feel to formulations.

Turmeric- Soothes the scalp, promotes hair growth, improves hair texture, shine and keeps your blonde hair blonde.

Chamomile Extract- Chamomile has a calming and soothing scent. Chamomile is used for its soothing effects and help to produce shinier, more manageable hair.

Honeyquat- High in vitamin C and is considered to be an excellent cleansing agent that provides excellent hair shine.

Marshmallow Root- This additive softens the hair naturally, promotes hair growth (due to it’s high content of plant proteins), provides natural shine to dull hair follicles, soothes dry scalp and is known to reduce itchy scalp.


Other Useful Ingredients:

Geogard Ultra (Gluconolactone and Sodium Benzoate): A broad spectrum preservative that is ECOCERT/COSMOS-accepted and works to keep the product free of fungi, mold, and bacteria. It is gluten-free fermented food starch derived from Non-GMO corn. Gluconolactone is generally considered suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin, and is non-irritating and antioxidant.

Citric Acid- pH adjuster to make sure the bar is the proper pH for the best treatment of your hair

Essential Oils- not only do these make our bars smell good, they also offer their own natural benefits.
